1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between perdana88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator") and you, the registered user ("you", "the Player"). 9. Limitation of Liability

• Chargebacks initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Request by the account holder to close their account.

Upon account closure, any outstanding verified balance (net of bonuses, voidable winnings, or disputed amounts) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to our KYC and AML obligations.

12. Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred in connection with a transaction, wager settlement, or account action on perdana88, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

13. Amendments to These Terms
